Services in the Venue



Distributed throughout the COP 20 Venue there will be several coffee stands, a cafeteria and restaurants. We will have several options from which to choose from. Please take note that food and beverage are not allowed in the meeting rooms and that the COP20 venue is smoke free.

  • Haute Cuisine Restaurant “El Ostrero”

A high cuisine restaurant created especially for COP20 by Peruvian Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino. The dishes offered reflect the excellency of Peru as a gastronomic world leader.

  • Restaurant “Grill Amazónico”

Restaurant created by Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino that offers typical produce from the Amazon zone of the country; Fish, vegetables, fruits cooked on a firewood grill. A combination of flavor and health.

  • Self-Serve Restaurant

This restaurant manged by Chef Alfredo Aramburú, offers diverse options, adapted to different gastronomic cultures with quick service and a Salad Bar.

  • 24 hour Cafeteria/Bakery

This Cafeteria Sarcletti offers participants the possibility of quick, fresh, quality food. This cafeteria will have a Sushi Corner.

  • Coffee Points

All coffee points will offer:

    • Soft drinks, water, bottled juices
    • Coffee, tea, herbal teas
    • Candy, energy bars
    • Fresh Fruit
    • Fruit Salads
    • Sandwiches and wraps
    • Muffins
  • Catering Services
    • The following Catering Service will be offered:

Photocopying, printing, scanning, pre-paid phone/ SIM cards and mobile phones are available
on a commercial basis at the Business Centre located on the second floor of the COP20 venue. Please take the stairs behind the Security Check Area and make a left turn.

Two First Aid Stations are located on the first floor of the COP20 venue:

  • Meeting Rooms Area
  • Countries Pavillion Area

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact the medical staff at the First Aid Stations or any Security Official.


There will be a counter within the COP20 venue for the receipt and delivery of documents and packages both domestic and international destinations. This service is direct user charge.
