Climate Action Now – A Summary for Policy Makers 2015: Presentation 18 November

On 18 November, the UN’s top climate change official UNFCCC Executive Secretary Christiana Figueres will present a new report underlining how nations can deploy a wide range of proven initiatives and policies to keep the world below the internationally agreed goal of a maximum 2 degree Celsius global average temperature rise.

The “Climate Action Now – A Summary for Policy Makers 2015” report is being presented in Bonn, ahead of the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris (30 November to 11 December), where governments will conclude a new universal climate change agreement.

When: Wednesday, 18 November 2015, 14:30 p.m. CET

Where: Altes Abgeordneten Hochhaus (AHH), UN Campus, Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1, 53113 Bonn

The link to the live webcast will be available on the www.unfccc.int website the day of the presentation in Bonn.

Together with the report, the UNFCCC secretariat will present a new, interactive microsite that allows visitors to explore climate action around the world.
